That is our night delivery. We deliver before your site opens — into a safe, an airlock or an agreed drop point — so your team starts the day with everything already in.
03 Do you also deliver to private customers?
No. Ciblex Belgium is strictly B2B. That lets us align our collection and delivery times with business rhythms rather than residential ones.
04 Do you transport medicines or refrigerated goods?
No. In the medical sector we transport devices, equipment and instruments only — no medicines and no temperature-controlled shipments.
05 How is the price determined?
Based on your actual flows: volume, collection times, delivery zones and sector. We set a fixed rate against that, so you do not have to calculate per shipment.
06 Can I track my shipment?
Yes. Paste your tracking code into the field at the top of this page and you land straight on your shipment's status page — no retyping, no logging in.
07 What if something goes wrong with a delivery?
You are notified the same day, with the reason and a proposed redelivery. Our loss rate is below 2 in 10,000 shipments, and our damage rate below 1 in 10,000.
08 How quickly can we start?
After an intake call and a fixed price agreement, we can usually schedule your collection round within a few working days.
