What can we help
you find?

F.A.Q

Clear answers, so you can move forward with confidence.

01 Day delivery

When do you deliver?

Day Delivery is handed over during business hours. Shipments are collected from you, enter our network the same day and are delivered the next day across France and the Benelux.

Where is a day delivery handed over?

Day deliveries are handed over to a person at your business during the working day. For delivery before opening hours to a safe, airlock or agreed drop point, see Night Delivery.

What time is collection?

For consignments heading to France, the max collection time is 18:30. For consignments headed to the Benelux the max pickup time is 00:00.

How do I know it arrived?

Every consignment carries a reference from collection to delivery, and the delivery is recorded against it.

How is day delivery different from night delivery?

Day Delivery is handed over to a person during business hours. Night Delivery arrives before your doors open and uses the safe, airlock or drop point agreed with you, so nobody needs to be on site to receive it.

02 Night Delivery

When do you deliver?

Before your opening hours. The shipment is inside and waiting when the first person arrives.

Where do you leave it?

In the safe, the airlock or an agreed drop point — whatever access you set up with us, used the same way every night.

What time is collection?

At an agreed upon time but before 7pm

How do I know it arrived?

Every consignment carries a reference from collection to delivery, and the delivery is recorded against it.

How is this different from day delivery?

Night delivery needs nobody on site to receive it. Day delivery is handed over to a person during the working day.

03 Document Pickup

How are documents kept secure?

Sealed at collection and kept sealed until the named recipient signs. Nothing is opened, re-packed or left unattended along the way.

Who is allowed to receive them?

Only the person or role you name on the consignment. The courier checks identity and records the signature against the reference.

Can I trace a document?

Every consignment carries a reference from collection to delivery, and each transfer is recorded against it.

When do you pick up?

On a fixed slot at your address, agreed once and kept — same route, same window, every working day. One-off pickups can be booked on request.

What kind of documents do you pick up?

Contracts, legal files, records, certificates and payroll — business documents that need a closed chain of custody, not an ordinary parcel service.

04 Optician

What do you transport for opticians?

Lenses, frames, complete glazing orders, lab work, display stock, repairs and returns between optical labs, wholesalers and practices across France and the Benelux.

When are optical shipments collected and delivered?

Collection takes place at the end of the working day. Shipments are sorted overnight and delivered before the practice opens, ready for the first appointment.

How is an optical shipment tracked?

Every job is scanned at each handover and delivery is signed for. Collection and delivery follow a fixed round, planned around the practice's opening time.

05 Dental

What dental items can you carry?

Crowns, bridges, dentures and finished lab work; orthodontic appliances and aligners; impressions, models and study casts; and instruments or handpieces going out for servicing.

Do you collect from both practices and laboratories?

Yes. One fixed cycle carries both directions: impressions and other work travel from the practice to the lab, and finished work comes back on the same operation.

When does dental work arrive?

Collection is at a time you set, followed by overnight sorting and delivery before the practice or laboratory opens. The round runs the same way every working day.

06 Medical

What medical shipments do you transport?

Devices, instrument sets, diagnostic and laboratory equipment, loan kits, service returns and the parts that go with them, between hospitals, clinics, suppliers and service centres.

Do you carry medicines or refrigerated goods?

No. The medical service covers devices, equipment and instruments only. Medicines and temperature-controlled shipments are not transported.

Can you handle medical equipment returns?

Yes. Loan kits, equipment going out for servicing and warranty returns travel on the same fixed operation as outbound deliveries, with a record against every consignment.

07 Spare parts

What spare parts can you deliver?

Components and workshop or dealer parts between distributors, dealers and workshops, from small electrical components and sensors to trim pieces and mirrors that need careful handling.

When do parts reach the workshop?

Parts are collected at a time you set, sorted while the workshop is closed and delivered before the bay opens, ready for the first booked job.

Do you collect cores and warranty returns?

Yes. Cores and warranty returns travel on the same operation as outbound parts, so a separate collection does not have to hold up the return leg.

08 Banks

What do you transport for banks?

Signed contracts, credit files, account-opening paperwork, branch supplies and internal mail between head offices, branches and back-office centres across the Benelux and France.

How are confidential banking documents handled?

Every pouch is sealed at collection, scanned at each handover and handed only to the named recipient against a signature.

Can collection and delivery fit the banking day?

Yes. Collection and delivery are agreed around your operation. A fixed branch collection, secured night sort and delivery tied to opening hours can put the next day's files on the desk before the doors open.

09 Health insurers

What do you move for health insurers?

Member files, claims paperwork, internal correspondence and secure boxes between branches, administration centres and archives. We also collect documents from the green boxes at local offices for head office.

Do we have to book each collection separately?

A standing cycle gives each office its own fixed end-of-day slot, so the run happens without arranging it each time. Documents move through the depot while offices are closed.

How is arrival recorded?

Each item carries a reference from collection to delivery, with arrival recorded against the consignment. This keeps routine document traffic traceable between your sites.

10 General

Do you deliver across all of the Benelux and France?

Yes. We deliver within 24 hours across all of France and the entire Benelux, on our own network.

Do you also deliver to private customers?

No. Ciblex Belgium is strictly B2B. That lets us align our collection and delivery times with business rhythms rather than residential ones.

How is the price determined?

Based on your actual flows: volume, collection times, delivery zones and sector. We set a fixed rate against that, so you do not have to calculate per shipment.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. Use Track & trace and enter your tracking code to go straight to your shipment's status page, with no account login required.

What if something goes wrong with a delivery?

You are notified the same day, with the reason and a proposed redelivery. Our loss rate is below 2 in 10,000 shipments, and our damage rate below 1 in 10,000.

How quickly can we start?

After an intake call and a fixed price agreement, we can usually schedule your collection round within a few working days.
