Delivered while

your doors are closed

In the safe, the airlock or the agreed drop point, your team starts the day with everything already in.

The round runs while both ends are closed. Nobody has to be on site to receive it, and the working day starts with the shipment already inside rather than arriving through it.

Collection runs at the end of your working day, sorting happens while you are closed, and the drop is made before you open. The cut-off is set per address, so the deadline the route is built around is yours.

Day Delivery, answered

The questions we are asked most about the night round.

01 When do you deliver?

Whenever you need it to be. The shipment is inside and waiting when the first person arrives.

02 Where do you leave it?

In the safe, the airlock or an agreed drop point — whatever access you set up with us, used the same way every night.

03 What time is collection?

For consignments heading to France, the max collection time is 18:30. For consignments headed to the Benelux the max pickup time is 00:00.

04 How do I know it arrived?

Every consignment carries a reference from collection to delivery, and the delivery is recorded against it.

05 How is this different from day delivery?

Night delivery needs nobody on site to receive it. Day delivery is handed over to a person during the working day.
