Collection runs at the end of your working day, sorting happens while you are closed, and the drop is made before you open. The cut-off is set per address, so the deadline the route is built around is yours.

Every consignment carries a reference from collection to delivery, and the delivery is recorded against it.
Night delivery needs nobody on site to receive it. Day delivery is handed over to a person during the working day.
